Before receiving your shipment, please be sure to check that the outer packaging is intact. If you find any damage to the packaging or a significant discrepancy in weight, you can immediately take photos or videos to open the box and inspect it, or refuse to accept the goods. Please be sure to accurately declare the condition of the shipment and provide relevant documentation.

If the shipment is found to be damaged, we can provide an exchange or resend a new item, but we do not offer a refund. Please note that we do not offer compensation or exchange for the following situations: deformed, opened, or torn packaging, but the goods themselves are intact.

Please submit your exchange request on the day of receipt. Requests submitted after this date will not be accepted. If you require proof of damage to the shipment and your order number, please send this information to info@kproin.com.
