1 / How long will it take to receive the goods?

• Hong Kong/Macau: Goods are shipped directly from the local area and will be dispatched within approximately 7–15 business days after payment.

• In special circumstances (holidays/severe weather), there may be a delay of 1–2 days.

2 / Can I return the goods after payment?

Returnable/exchangeable conditions:

• The packaging was severely damaged/damp when I received the goods.

• Wrong item shipped / wrong quantity

• It shows obvious signs of spoilage and has an unusual odor (photos or videos are required as proof).
  
  Non-refundable/non-exchangeable items:

• Returns due to personal preference for taste, color, or appearance

• Failure to store according to instructions led to spoilage.

• Products that have been opened or unsealed (excluding products with inherent defects).
  
  Return and exchange process:

• Please provide your order number, a description of the problem, and photos/videos via WhatsApp/IG private message/email within 48 hours of receiving your package. Requests submitted after this time will not be processed. Thank you for your understanding.

• We will respond with our processing method within 2 business days.

• If you need to return the goods, we will provide instructions on how to return them via email.

3 / What should I do if I'm unsure whether a product is right for me?

• Please check the product information before purchasing to avoid products containing allergenic ingredients.

• If you have a chronic illness, are pregnant, or are currently taking medication, it is recommended that you consult your doctor before purchasing.

4 / How should I store the goods after receiving them?

• Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight;

• Once opened, please consume within the expiry date indicated on the packaging.
