Before receiving your shipment, please be sure to check that the outer packaging is intact. If the shipment is found to be damaged, we can provide an exchange or resend a new item, but we do not offer a refund. Please note that we do not offer compensation or exchange for the following situations: deformed, opened, or torn packaging, but the goods themselves are intact.
